2026 HOLY CONSECRATION FAST
Shalom Kingdombread Family & Friends! The LORD be magnified in this Year of the Lord’s Redemptive Dealings with Man based on Genesis 1:26. Once again, I invite you to join me & my Elect Lady Prophetess Hall as we turn our plates down to seek the Father’s Face in our Annual Holy Consecration Fast. By God’s grace, we will humble ourselves under His mighty hand by consecrating our lives to Him in 28 Days of reading King James Version (KJV) scriptures, worship, watching, praying, and fasting. This year, our Holy Consecration Fast begins on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 12:01AM (CST) and ends on Friday, February 6, 2026 at 11:59PM (CST). Please note that this Fast is voluntary and it is your choice whether to participate or not. For those who choose to participate, we have prepared a 28-Day Holy Consecration Fast Guide to provide instructions on how we will Consecrate our lives together as the Body of Christ for the next 28 days. GUIDELINES FOR 2026 CONSECRATION FAST
Special Note: Please be sure to contact your health professional for advice and guidance before committing to any fast.
- Eliminate all red meats, fried foods, pastries, candies, junk foods, sweeteners, syrups, molasses, teas, coffees, sodas, sports drinks (i.e., Gatorade, PowerAde, etc.), energy drinks, cannabis, and alcohol.
Unless otherwise instructed in this Guide, you may include the following in your diet:
- All whole grains, including but not limited to whole wheat, brown rice, millet, quinoa, oats, barley, grits, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat tortillas, rice cakes and popcorn.All nuts and seeds,including but not limited to sunflower seeds, cashews, peanuts, sesame. Also, nut butters including peanut butter.All legumes.These can be canned or dried. Legumes include but are not limited to dried beans, pinto beans, split peas, lentils, black eyed peas, kidney beans, black beans, cannellini beans, white beans. All quality oils,including but not limited to olive, canola, grape seed, peanut, and sesame.Other:tofu, soy products, vinegar, seasonings, salt, herbs, and spices. ALTOID Breath Mints and/or Breath Strips are permissible for combating halitosis, which is the name of a bad breath condition common with fasting. FYI, drinking plenty of water or chewing on a piece of raw celery or fresh parsley leaves are natural ways to freshen your breath.
